Short documentary - 16m
Director & Producer Fiona Probyn
Cinematographer, Sound, Editor Brian Rapsey
What if, instead of resilience in the face of the climate crisis, we thought about weathering? We all experience weathering; our bodies weather, our communities weather through climate crises and also political and social crises. This film follows the work of Astrida Neimanis and Jennifer Mae Hamilton as they explain why we need to move from the the bounce back logic of resilience to the ethics of weathering, of changing in response to crises around us.
